Ledger Folio

Ledger Folio

When bank accounts were maintained manually, this used to refer to one page of a manual ledger. No charges are usually levied by banks for basic banking operations of deposits and withdrawals. However, periodic 'ledger folio' charges may be recovered. Since there are now no ledgers, 'ledger folio' now usually refers to a set of 40 consecutive transactions in an account.
